The Powerwall 3 includes an app for your smartphone or tablet. This app lets you monitor the state of charge, self-consumption, and solar PV generation in real-time.

You can also view historical data on generation, consumption, self-consumption, and grid usage/export. Additionally, the app allows you to schedule charging and discharging times using the Time-Based Control and Utility Rate Plan.

You can set the Backup Reserve through the app, adjusting the energy stored in the Powerwall to prepare for power cuts or planned outages by your DNO.
